- How accurate is the AI when making flashcards?
- FlashMind shows confidence scores and source snippets for each card so you can verify before studying. We recommend reviewing AI output—especially for medical, legal, or exam prep material.
- Is my study data private?
- Yes. Your decks and cards are tied to your account with row-level security. See our Privacy Policy for CCPA rights and how to request deletion.
- Can I study offline?
- Yes. Install FlashMind as a PWA on your phone or desktop. Due cards sync when you are back online.
- Can I import from Anki?
- Pro members can import .apkg and CSV exports from Anki. Free users can create decks manually or paste notes for AI generation.
- What is FSRS and why does it matter?
- FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) is a modern algorithm that schedules reviews based on your memory patterns—often more efficient than older SM-2 style scheduling.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
- Open Settings → Manage subscription to use the Stripe customer portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
- Is FlashMind free?
- Yes. The free plan includes core study features with daily AI limits. Pro unlocks unlimited AI, analytics, and Anki import.
- Who can use FlashMind?
- You must be at least 13 years old (COPPA). By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
- How is FlashMind different from generic AI study tools?
- We focus on transparent AI—you see what was extracted and why—and pair it with FSRS scheduling instead of opaque auto-grading alone.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. We do not sell personal information. We use data to provide the service and improve product quality as described in our Privacy Policy.
